I’m Sanya Singla, a foodie and a firm believer that food surpasses sheer sustenance; it is a profound source of healing and nourishment for the entire being.
My journey into Ayurveda began like most things do — with inquisitiveness, a few imbalanced doshas, and a growing willingness to feel more connected to what I was eating. I eventually ventured further and became a certified Ayurvedic Lifestyle Instructor, which ignited a synergistic understanding between healing and food.
What I grasped was that Ayurveda isn't just about herbs, spices, and oil massages — it’s a philosophy that starts with what’s on your plate-that every ingredient carries energy and works in unison to invigorate our prana(life force).
Through Sthhir, I combine my love of cooking with Ayurvedic wisdom to create meals that are scrumptious, mindful, and balancing — all vegetarian. I’ll be sharing hassle-free, dosha-specific recipes along with insights to help you shape a lifestyle that supports your body, mind, and soul.
